CRISPIN N. NGUGI is an associate advocate specializing in litigation. He has an invaluable wealth of experience having amassed the same both in the corporate world and in practice. He has previously worked with the following organizations.

GRACE WACHUKA MAHUGU is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 3 years’ diverse extensive legal experience in commercial law and an associate advocate with Mohammed & Kinyanjui Advocates. Her qualifications include; LLB (Hons.), University of London; and Dip. Law (Kenya School of Law). She is a member of Law Society of Kenya and the East African Law Society.
Her professional areas of interest and experience include all aspects of Commercial arbitration Corporate Commercial law, Contracts, Company law, Intellectual property, Financial regulation, Securities as well as conveyancing and property (real estate) law.
Before joining Mohammed & Kinyanjui, Grace has worked and obtained experience from the following Firms;
Muriu, Mungai & Co. Advocates as an Associate Advocate – Conveyancing.
Robson Harris & Co. Advocates as a Legal Assistant.
Kimanthi & Associates Advocates as a Legal Assistant.
She has been involved in the preparation, drawing and registration of large-commercial Securities involving movable and immovable property, Commercial Arbitration, Contract drafting for multi-national conglomerates, Alternative Dispute resolution, Corporate re-structuring agreements, Executive Stock Option Agreements and Shareholding agreements.
SAMUEL MAINA is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an associate advocate with Mohammed & Kinyanjui Advocates. He holds an LLB (Hons.) from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
He has vast experience of over 4 years in legal practice having trained with Kimani Michuki Advocates a leading law firm in Nairobi. His skills extend in among other areas: Corporate Commercial law, Contracts, Company law, Intellectual property, Financial regulation, Securities as well as conveyancing and property (real estate) law.
WILSON M. KAMANDE is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with extensive experience in legal research, legal drafting, and processing of commercial securities for over 2 years. He holds Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons.) from the University of Nairobi and a Post-graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
He has previously worked as a research consultant in several projects for the following institutions;
CASELAP, University of Nairobi.
International Environmental Law Research Centre (IELRC)
He is currently involved in the preparation, drawing and registration of commercial Securities involving movable and immovable property, Contract drafting for multi-national conglomerates, Dispute resolution, Corporate re-structuring agreements, Executive Stock Option Agreements and Shareholding agreements.
His professional interests include: commercial litigation, corporate governance, environmental law, securities, financial regulation, community rights and arbitration.
The Firm is committed to mentoring and training young lawyers through continues instruction and teaching of pupils in all aspects of the Firm's legal practice. The Firm admits 2 - 3 pupils each year who are allocated to both litigation and commercial departments so that they gain a rounded experience. A unique feature of the program is the Firm’s willingness to admit even students who are still doing their undergraduate in order to expose them to practical aspect of their class work. Currently, the Firm is training 1 Legal Assistant and 2 pupils.
CLARA BARASA is a Legal Assistant with the Firm.She isan LL.B graduate from Catholic University of Eastern Africa. She has completed the bar course at the Kenya School of Law and awaits admission later this year having already finished her pupilage. She has practical experience in drafting Commercial and Conveyancing instruments which include; Commercial Agreements, Mortgages, Charges, Guarantees, Chattel Mortgages, Transfer and other security documents. She also undertakes legal research, drafting legal opinions and litigation instruments, pre-trial and trial preparation. She also has an interest in offering legal services to the less privileged in the Society.
The firm has highly qualified, trained and experienced team of more than 15 support staff in various fields. They comprise of Administrative Assistant, Accountant, Secretaries, Conveyancing Assistant, Conveyancing Clerks, Court Clerks, Registry Clerks, Dispatch/Court Messengers, Drivers and Process Servers.
